So, after the untimely demise of the much loved Bush plane B
it was time for a replacement, after much deliberation and the very fortunate delivery of the new Creality K1 printer 🙂 is decided on the Eclipon "Model 3D", its advised that its printed with Light Weight PLA, however i ignored this totally and printed the lot in Creality's PLA Ultra, supposedly stronger and recommend for use in the incredibly fast K1 printer. each section of the plane took approximately 2 hours to pint, normal printing would see 3 - 4 hours for each, plus the quality is excellent even at high speed printing. Weighing in at 1150g dry make it a little over weight hence the name "Fat Boy", the maiden flight is imminent for this weekend (weather permitting) and a video will follow]
