Keeping the weight down is the priority for this project, but thats not easy because the lighter the air frame and wings the more delicate it becomes.
Having an internal filler to the parts is just adding more weight, remove the filler and the larger parts become much weaker
The wings are printed in sections that are then glued together with carbon rods running the length of the wings
